University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

Learning objectives:

I will briefly discuss a complex case of tuberculosis and then discuss some of my recent research on tuberculosis, with a focus on targeting mycobacterial antibiotic tolerance to accelerate TB treatment, and anti-virulence therapies.

At the end of the presentation, the audience will have a better understanding of how translationally relevant basic research in the TB field may yield novel therapies.
