This is a two-part workshop.

What does quality of life mean to you in the setting of cancer? Learn how to create documentation to advocate for yourself and others to make your wishes heard. We will focus on the skill of asking ourselves "what matters most now?" with the goal of giving to our loved ones the gift of a personalized plan to honor our wishes.

Facilitated by Redwing Kayssar, RN, BA

A two session workshop offered Tuesday February 6th and Tuesday February 20th. Please plan on attending both meetings as the second session builds on the work done in the first. At the end of the two day workshop you will leave with a notarized advance directive.

No charge. Please register by contacting Rebecca Small: 415-514-6693 or Rebecca.Small2@ucsf.edu. Refreshments provided. This workshop is for people with a cancer diagnosis and their loved ones. You do not have to be a UCSF patient to attend.
