Mindfulness provides the resilience we need to manage the variety of challenges and stresses we are facing in this age of uncertainty, in addition to enabling us to enjoy moments of relaxation and rejuvenation.
In this experiential session, we will explore several types of mindfulness practices including movement and meditation, intertwined with a variety of interactive exercises to help you connect with your colleagues, increase rapport and trust, and build your community of practice. The goal is to help you experience calm, reduce stress, and acquire additional tools for your continued practice and skill development beyond this session.
