During this workshop, participants will apply learning theory learned in Part 1 to designing effective simulation-based teaching. Participants will explore strategies to effectively conduct simulation sessions and facilitate debriefing. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to practice these strategies in small group exercises.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Design a simulation scenario with appropriate learning objectives for your learners
Develop skills to effectively conduct simulation scenarios and facilitate debriefing
