Jennifer Grandis, MD

Dr. Jennifer R. Grandis is a physician scientist whose research is focused on developing new treatments for cancer patients. She is a Distinguished Professor at both the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and the University of Pittsburgh.  In her leadership roles, she has brought clinicians and scientists together to benefit patients through their research and has mentored dozens of predoctoral students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty.  Dr. Grandis has published over 375 papers in the peer-reviewed literature and has been continuously funded by the NIH for 28 years.  She is an elected member of the American Society for Clinical Investigation, the Association of American Physicians and the National Academy of Medicine. Dr. Grandis is an American Cancer Society Clinical Research Professor.
