As we’ve done in past years, we are once again planning to host a UCSF Ten-Year Financial Plan roadshow, this year via zoom. The roadshow is intended to promote greater understanding of the UCSF finances and the financial plan used by the Chancellor and leadership to help make decisions.  Senior Associate Vice Chancellor and CFO Mike Clune and Executive Director for UCSF Health Finance Shared Services Melanie Long will review the plan, including key assumptions regarding revenue streams, patient volumes, salary and benefit costs, facilities investments, investments and cash flow, and borrowing, and their impacts on our annual financial performance and balance sheet.
