University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

Step It Up is an annual 5-week online wellness challenge that encourages the UCSF community to increase their physical wellness through walking and other physical activity. The challenge also includes sleep and gratitude components. The more you do, the more points you get.

Participants who meet the weekly and overall challenge goals will be entered in prize drawings for gift cards. 20 winners will be randomly selected every week! You get points from logging steps, physical activity, consistent sleep schedules, and giving gratitude.

Weekly Challenge Goal = 200 points

You can Step It Up anywhere and everywhere! The Step It Up Challenge is logged through a virtual platform so you can take part whether you are coming into the office or working from home.

Join as an Individual Participant or get your colleagues together and be part of a Team! Pick what works for you and prioritize your health and wellbeing in a fun way this holiday season. Perhaps your department will earn bragging rights for the most steps or you'll be a winner of the weekly gift card drawings.
