Take the organization-wide staff engagement survey to provide your feedback confidentially on how UCSF is doing as an engaging place to work. You have from April 12 to May 6 to complete the 10-minute survey.

Take the Survey
You can access your survey in one of three ways:

• Check your email for your personalized link
  Email sent from Gallup on Apr 12 and periodic reminders (don’t forward your unique link to others!)
• Login to UCSF’s Gallup Access online
  Via MyAccess “Gallup Access” or ucsf.my.gallup.com
• Visit Gallup 2022 Survey online and input your UCSF Employee ID
  Note: this requires knowing your 8 digit UCSF EID and omitting the first “0” upon entering
