#DementiaDayPlease join us at the second annual UCSF Dementia Day! This in-person event is free and open to the UCSF community.
The event will be held in person from 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov 9, 2022, in the Sandler Neurosciences Center and will include expert speakers and a poster session. A detailed agenda will be available in October 2022.
The goals of the event are to inspire future research related to dementia, expand the reach of the groundbreaking research each department is doing across UCSF, allow everyone to learn from each other’s success, broaden the training of future leaders, and foster interdepartmental collaborations and partnerships.
Advanced registration is required, and early registration is highly encouraged to secure a ticket to this exciting event!
The online portal to submit abstracts for the poster session is open! Please submit your abstract here by October 20, 11:59 p.m. PST. Submissions from a variety of backgrounds are highly encouraged. Previously submitted posters are more than welcome, as are posters highlighting study aims, community outreach approaches and beyond. The multidisciplinary session will cover topics across:
