Description:
Join the UCSF Center for Reproductive Health in observance of National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW) 2025, a nationwide campaign aimed at raising awareness, reducing stigma, and expanding access to fertility care.

Throughout the week, UCSF CRH will release a series of short educational videos and social media content, featuring expert presentations and advocacy messages focused on patient support, reproductive equity, and clinical insight. Daily themes follow RESOLVE’s national initiative, amplifying patient voices and highlighting the importance of inclusive, compassionate fertility care.

Event Schedule:

  • Monday, April 21 – #ALLinTheJourney
    Video message from Mirha Buric, Administrative Director, reflecting on UCSF’s commitment to supporting patients at every stage of their fertility journey.

  • Tuesday, April 22 – #ALLinConnection
    Educational video from Dr. Marcelle Cedars on the physiological and hormonal requirements for conception.

  • Wednesday, April 23 – #WearOrange2025
    Staff and community members will wear orange to show support for those experiencing infertility.

  • Thursday, April 24 – #ALLinForAccess
    Presentation by Dr. James Smith on the use of mail-in semen analysis (via Fellow Health) to reduce barriers to male fertility care.

  • Friday, April 25 – #ALLinFertility
    Presentation by Dr. Eleni Jaswa on the causes, evaluation, and treatment of recurrent pregnancy loss.
