Join the UCSF contingent of teams for the 40th AIDS Walk San Francisco, an annual 5K walk in Golden Gate Park to raise funds to benefit programs and services for people living with HIV/AIDS in the Bay Area and beyond. UCSF programs that benefit from funds raised include UCSF Alliance Health ProjectUCSF Center for Tuberculosis, the HIV Clinic at Ward 86 (part of the UCSF Division of HIV, Infections Diseases and Global Medicine), and UCSF Health Innovation via Engineering.

Part of the San Francisco community for 160 years and counting, UCSF has participated in AIDS Walk San Francisco since the start of the epidemic and continues to be a fundraising force as a top team for decades.

Those who raise $25 will get a free team UCSF T-shirt and a free lunch at the UCSF table in Robin Williams Meadow in Golden Gate Park. Please arrive by 9 a.m. to pick up your T-shirt and get a complimentary pancake breakfast inside the tent at AIDS Walk San Francisco. Also be on hand for a team UCSF photo opportunity on hippie hill. After the walk, please be sure to return to the UCSF table to get your lunch.
