Applications are open from February 27 - March 24 for the UC Women’s Initiative for Professional Development. Mid-career woman-identified professionals and those who support them are invited to apply, including faculty, non-faculty academics, and staff who demonstrate the potential to advance their careers at UC.  Please share this experiental program opportunity with your teams and network!

The program aims to provide participants opportunities to build strategic relationships, actively communicate their value to the organization, advocate for their own needs in the workplace, coach others to demonstrate their value to the organization and increase awareness of diverse UC career paths.  Accepted applicants will be given the opportunity to join a cohort for 4 days of sessions, assignments, access to an online networking platform and professional coaching.
