UC Women’s Initiative for Professional Development applications are now open through March 22, 5pm. Please share this experiential opportunity with your teams and network.

Mid-career woman-identified professionals and those who support them are invited to apply, including faculty, academic personnel, staff people managers and non-people managers who demonstrate the potential to advance their careers at UC. Cultivate a professional network that spans the UC system, gain access to top UC Leaders to learn about their diverse leadership approaches and journeys, as well as strengthen skills and confidence through hands-on practice.

Accepted applicants will be given the opportunity to join a cohort for 4 days of sessions, assignments, access to an online networking platform and professional coaching.
