This year we're adapting to our environment and making UC Walks virtual! All participants will be entered in a drawing to win a FitBit. Free commemorative T-shirt available to the first 1,000 people who participate.
How to Participate
1) Complete at least 30 minutes of physical activity for 1 day during May 13 - May 20, 2020 (Don't have time for 30 minutes at once? Worry not! 30 minutes can be broken down throughout the day, such as in 10-minute chunks).
2) Take a photo of you engaging in the physical activity of your choice (i.e. walking, biking, doing a workout video, or anything else that floats your fitness boat!).
3) Fill out the Participant Form below to report your physical activity minutes and upload your photo (JPG, PNG, GIF formats accepted).
Note: Participants must provide a UCSF Box Number for T-shirt delivery (Exceptions for Fresno and BCHO campus participants who are not on the UCSF Interoffice Mail system).

T-shirts will be distributed at a future date. All t-shirts will be delivered via UCSF Interoffice Mail. You must have a UC Box Number to receive a shirt. Your preferred T-shirt size is not guaranteed. If you qualify for a t-shirt but your preferred size is no longer available, you will receive a t-shirt in the next closest size.
