UC Moves is an annual UC-wide wellbeing event that promotes wellness and an active lifestyle. Through a friendly competition among all UC campuses, this event encourages our community to incorporate physical activity and wellness into their daily routine.

This physical activity program is a fun and inspiring way to move more. Whether you take a 5-minute walk, stretch, hike a mountain, or jog around the block, you choose the activity — do the same thing each day or try something different — as you discover something new about spring each week.
This year’s theme is Spring Into Motion. Logging exercise is simple with Spring Into Motion. Automatically track your steps on a smart device, or record your favorite activities and the program automatically converts your minutes to steps. Delicious recipes, inspiring articles, and motivating daily emails help you keep moving. Join as an individual or create a team with your colleagues. Weekly chances for prizes!
