Team Hope Walk San Francisco

The Team Hope Walk program is the Huntington’s Disease Society of America’s signature grassroots fundraising campaign designed to provide hope and support for those touched by this devastating disease. All proceeds support HDSA’s mission to improve the lives of people affected by Huntington’s disease and their families. Since their inception in 2007, Team Hope Walks have occurred in over 100 different cities and have raised over $14 million for the cause.

Please join the UCSF Memory and Aging Center team and help make a difference! If you cannot walk with us, please consider making a donation to our team fundraising page by clicking the ‘Support Us’ button at the top of https://hdsa.donordrive.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.team&teamID=8890.
