Student Health Winter Hump Day 2019 at Parnassus

Wednesdays, January 23rd - February 13th, Noon-1pm in HSW 301

Take a mid-week break and join Student Health and Counseling for the Winter Hump Day Student Wellness Series! Topics focus on staying well throughout the year. Talks will occur every Wednesday, 12-1pm at Parnassus in HSW 301

Free Lunch (while supplies last) for student attendees with RSVP!
(Lunches are for students attending the program only.)

January 30: Navigating Communication & Conflict
Have you found yourself struggling to be understood by faculty
or a PI? Do interactions with others on campus leave you feeling
misunderstood or frustrated? Join SHCS and the International
Students and Scholars Office to discuss the relationships among
culture, communication and conflict and learn strategies to cope with
stress brought on by these conflicts.
