The Quantitative Biosciences Institute (QBI) in collaboration with UCSF Institute for Global Health presents the opening reception of "Stronger There Safer Here - Keeping Zika and Future Threats from our Homeland", a photographic and learning exhibition sponsored by US Agency for International Development (USAID). This is an exciting visual experience to inform the community about the strategy and actions by USAID and partners to successfully strengthen the capacity to stop the spread and impact of the Zika virus 2016-2018.

The evening will include speeches by Nevan Krogan, Ph.D., Director of the QBI and Professor of Cellular Molecular Pharmacology; George Rutherford, III, MD, Professor of Epidemiology & Biostatistics and Director, Prevention and Public Health Group at the Institute of Global Health; and a representative of USAID.
