University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

Reuben Thomas Associate Core Director

Gene set or pathway enrichment methods allow researchers to assign functional or mechanistic significance to results from high-throughput assays like RNA-sequencing. In this workshop, you’ll learn the theory behind some of these methods, and how to interpret the associated results.

Intermediate: This is an intermediate workshop in both the Biostats series and the Pathway Analysis series. The demo session will be conducted in R. Participants will be expected to have a basic understanding of statistics and experimental design, awareness of high-dimensional assays like RNA-seq, mass spectrometry, etc., and some familiarity with R code.

Visit the workshop site for more details and materials.
