UCSF Staff Resource Days returns in 2024 with an expanded in-person staff resource fair on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at Mission Bay. Come meet and connect with representatives from organizations, committees, and resources for staff in a social, accessible outdoor environment! Staff Resource Days will also present Tech Talks, short sessions highlighting a tech tool available to the UCSF community. Join us at this Tech Talk to dive into the productivity streamlining powerhouse of SmartSheet.
OPTIMIZING SMARTSHEET
SmartSheet is a UCSF-supported, cloud-based collaborative project and task management tool accessible via MyAccess. This 25-minute session will review the basic functionality of the SmartSheet software and allow participants to devise inventive new ways to improve their work processes with this powerful tool.
