In this interactive session, faculty representing different roles at UCSF
reflect on their experiences as both sponsors and sponsees and the importance of sponsorship, in addition to mentorship, in their own career development. Discussion will highlight the intersection of mentorship and sponsorship, and the challenges and opportunities inherent in being an effective sponsor and obtaining the sponsorship you need.
