Social Connect : Breathe & Meditate

Social Happiness Connect is a great way to unplug, rejuvenate, and connect with fellow UCSF community in a 30-minute session of guided meditation & breathing techniques with a live, 1000-hour certified meditation teacher.  The CDC and WHO have recommended meditation to be a great tool to support your emotional, social, and mental health, as well as boosting immunity at this time.

 We will meet on Wednesday @ 5-5:30 pm. 

This is prime time to come join our UCSF community over Zoom with live meditation instructors and dive into me-time!
