University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

Join us for a fascinating Zoom Symposium on Friday, November 6, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. as we learn about sleep and rest, and how they are impacted by our aging, our brain, and by the COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers, physicians and clinicians from the University of California, San Francisco Memory and Aging Center will be on hand to help us better understand sleep, answer our questions, and to offer some tips and techniques to improve the quality (and quantity) of our rest, relaxation, and sleep.
