The UCSF SKY Breath Meditation staff RCO is sponsoring a SKY Retreat stress-management workshop for resiliency exclusively for UCSF Faculty & Staff.
Usually, it’s $395 but we got sponsorship from UCSF so it’s FREE, but there are limited spots!
You are invited to (1) sign up for the SKY Retreat (Mar 31- Apr 02) using the registration link provided and (2) to read the press releases from Harvard and Yale describing the benefits of SKY.
