Attendees learn evidence-based stress-management and leadership skills, develop a personal daily SKY breath-meditation practice which has been scientifically validated to significantly increases one's well-being, increase resilience, decrease anxiety, improve social connectedness and reduce stress markers over 3 consecutive days. The Retreat is a life-skills training and self-development program offered to thousands of students, staff, and faculty at more than 48 universities across the US, including Stanford, Ohio State, and MIT. Please see below the signature line for the benefits.
