This is the first of a special three-part full faculty meeting series, exploring compensation at UCSF and how to improve clarity and transparency. This meeting will explore the School of Medicine departmental Compensation Plans, salary equity. We will also look at how UCSF compares to other institutions and the vision for making UCSF salaries more competitive.
