This 2.5 day workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to work collaboratively and independently to improve their writing. Each day will include a combination of interactive presentations, application exercises, discussions, and independent writing time with options for consultations/feedback.

Anna Cianciolo is a faculty member at Southern Illinois University and the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Teaching and Learning in Medicine

Learning Objectives:
Write with more confidence & joy (and/or less fear & dread)
Write more clearly, concisely, and compellingly
Plan a way to write more consistently and efficiently
In Your Registration: Please provide a brief description of the manuscript you plan to work on during the writing workshop. It can be a research paper, innovation description, commentary/perspective, or review paper (250 words max).
UCSF is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
UCSF designates this live activity for a maximum of 50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The California Board of Pharmacy accepts as continuing professional education those courses that meet the standard of relevance to pharmacy practice and have been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
