By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:

• Identify the key components of UCSF's dental public health residency training, including clinical responsibilities, didactic requirements, and how residents progress across their program
• Describe the dental public health residency application process, including timeline expectations, required materials, and characteristics of competitive applicants
• Identify actionable steps to explore  dental public health as a specialty, including shadowing opportunities, relevant student organizations, and specialty-related events
