 sound bath sessions. You can join for both if you like.Session 1: 11:15-11:

 ave to join late or leave early\, that is okay\, but we ask that you enter 
 and leave as quietly as possible so as not to disturb others. \n\nFeel free

 who don’t bring one.*Blankets or an eye mask to make your sound bath experi

 Erica Nguyen is a San Francisco–based sound practitioner who guides restora
 tive sound baths using gongs\, crystal bowls\, and therapeutic instruments.
  Her mission is to create accessible\, grounding experiences that support n
 ervous system regulation and deep rest for diverse communities\, including
