Event Details:
January 28th, 2026 - 11:00am-1:00pm
Robertson Auditorium, Rutter Center 2nd Floor (Mission Bay)
We will have a wellness raffle and vendor giveaways in between the sound bath sessions.
Sound Bath Information
- There will be TWO sound bath sessions. You can join for both if you like.
- Session 1: 11:15-11:45am
- Session 2: 12:15-12:45pm

NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED— just show up!
- If you have to join late or leave early, that is okay, but we ask that you enter and leave as quietly as possible so as not to disturb others.
Feel free to bring…
- Your own yoga mat or towel. We will provide towels for those who don’t bring one.*
- Blankets or an eye mask to make your sound bath experience as comfortable as you wish.
- Comfy/athletic clothes to maximize relaxation.

About the sound bath practitioner
Erica Nguyen is a San Francisco–based sound practitioner who guides restorative sound baths using gongs, crystal bowls, and therapeutic instruments. Her mission is to create accessible, grounding experiences that support nervous system regulation and deep rest for diverse communities, including hospitals, schools, senior centers, and nonprofits. www.soundhealingproject.org
