The Haile T. Debas Academy of Medical Educators (Academy), in the Center for Faculty Educators (CFE), kicks off its 20th Anniversary at its annual Summer Member Meeting.

Agenda:

• Membership Commerative Activity - we will kick off our meeting with an activity celebrating the Academy's 20 years and member connections over the past years.
• Panel discussion: The Academy's work wouldn't be possible without key leaders at UCSF! We will have a panel of these leaders to celebrate the Academy's achievements

• Academy 2025: We will be looking towards the future with a presentation from the 2025 Task Force by Gurpreet Dhaliwal, MD and Kanade Shinkai, MD, PhD

The Academy's Summer Meeting supports the growth of schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, and Pharmacy teachers through formal faculty development activities and by sponsoring educational seminars, mentoring, colloquia, and retreats focused on graduate and undergraduate medical education.
