We know you need a break, so meet us for games and vivacious activities to re-energize and reconnect with your community.   
 
Come join us for Recess Time for a Mid-day Yoga Break 
Let’s come together to practice linking breath with movement. Take in the benefits of the combination of traditional Hatha with Vinyasa to make “Hatha Flow”. Focus is placed on learning to balance strength and flexibility, as well as effort and surrender.  
 
All levels are welcome and remember to bring a mat.   
 
Where:  Mission Bay Koret Quad
