Dr. Arleo wrote a book about what she’s read about, learnt about and put to the test. While the book is directed to professional women, she has techniques and organization methods that are 100% applicable to men and women.

This is Dr. Christine Glastonbury's online testament to how illuminating this book was -

"This book seems very straightforward and may be that's the magic. Dr Arleo has written such a practical, thoughtful and readily understood [and put into action!] guide for rethinking your time and how you use it, that you will change how you perceive, plan and enjoy your weekdays.

After reading this on vacation I am looking at my days - and my weeks - in such a different light and for the first time in years [mother of two teens + academic radiologist] I am actually putting my needs into my planning [M/B/S]. 'Satisficing' has entered my vocabulary and my process for handling onerous [and low yield] admin work, with fantastic results. This is a reasonably quick read, and perhaps even better as an audio book while you're getting in your daily exercise. Which you will most definitely be able to do after you read this."
