Happy Breast/Chestfeeding Month!

UCSF Family Services invites you to our monthly small-group workshop, designed for staff, faculty, and learners. This expert-led session will cover essential lactation topics and on-campus services to help you seamlessly transition back to work.

If you’re affiliated with ZSFG, VA, Benioff Children's Oakland, UCSF Fresno, or any other UCSF-affiliated hospital, you are also welcome to attend!

During the workshop, you will:

• Learn about lactation rooms and UCSF’s support services.
• Understand lactation accommodation policies and available onsite resources.
• Gain practical tips on transitioning back to work, maintaining milk supply, and creating effective pumping schedules.
• Explore safe practices for collecting, storing, and transporting human milk, including flange sizing, pump settings, and bottle feeding.
