Join us for a day of wellness, learning and community building hosted by the UCSF Path program and Stanford INSPIRE clinics.

The UCSF Path program in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and the INSPIRE clinic in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine are excited to welcome you to our annual community day for psychosis.

The event is for service users, families, young adults and individuals with lived experience, allies and providers. Presentations will cover wellness, recovery stories and creative expression. This event is FREE.

This is a hybrid in-person/online event and will take place at the UCSF Nancy Friend Pritzker Psychiatry Building.

Topics for the community day will include:

  • Key Note: Shannon Pagdon; Nationally certified Peer Specialist, PhD candidate at the University of Pittsburgh, Research coordinator with Stanford's INSPIRE clinic, and an individual living with psychosis, co-creator of the Outside the Boxproject and IEPA's vice president of lived experience research.
  • Stories from the front lines the family member perspective: Annie DiTiberio, Clinical Social Worker
  • Difficult Medication Decisions: What we know and what we don't know: Demian Rose; Medical Director of the UCSF Path Program UCSF, CA) Khalid Salaheldin; Assistant Medical Director at the Stanford INSPIRE clinic
  • Recovery Stories Panel: Youth and families with lived expereince tell their recovery stories
  • Many experiences and perspectives art show
  • Snacks, music, socializing, community organization tables at our roof top garden terrace!

Parking info for the Pritzker Building:
The Pritzker Building is served by the following Muni routes: T, 48, 55, 15, and 22. Plan your Muni trip here.

There are parking garages, surface lots and limited street parking. Allow at least 10-15 minutes to look for parking and 10 minutes to walk from garages to the building. Parking lot cost can range from $20-$25/day.
