  • Understand why workforce diversity transcends demographically based representation metrics
  • Learn how to recognize and measure sociocultural impacts that limit diversity and inclusion in biomedicine
  • Have access to methods developed by NIH to help diversify faculty. These methods must be accompanied by institutional leadership support
