Can UCSF postdocs explain their research in three minutes? Join us for Postdoc Slam to find out!

We are excited to be organizing UCSF's 6th Annual Postdoc Slam Competition, culminating with the main event on September 19, as part of UCSF's celebration of National Postdoc Appreciation Week.

Join us in person at Mission Bay or remotely via live stream as 10 postdoc finalists each present their research in 3 minutes or less in front of the judges and live and remote audiences – in language accessible to a general audience. Cash prizes of $4,000, $2,000, and $1,000 will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners selected by the judges. Note that YOU may also be a judge! The winner of the "People's Choice" category ($750 prize) will be chosen by the live and remote audience.

The Postdoc Slam competition at UCSF is presented by the Office for Postdoctoral Scholars and the Graduate Division.
