Postdoc Slam 2018!

Fast on the heels of September's National Postdoc Appreciation Week, join us for the 3rd Annual UCSF Postdoc Slam LIVE event!

The ten postdoc finalists will each present their research in 3 minutes or less in front of the judges and a live audience – in language accessible to a general audience. This event is likely to be standing-room only, so mark your calendar and plan to show up early! The judges will award cash prizes of $3K, $1.5K, and $1K to their top 3 choices.  Reception and award presentations will immediately follow the competition.

YOU may also be a judge! The winner of the "People's Choice" category ($750 prize) will be chosen by the audience.

**Note that this year, Postdoc Slam will also be live-streamed to Parnassus, HSW 301, for those unable to attend at Mission Bay. Parnassus viewers will also cast "People's Choice" ballots and enjoy a reception.
