Talk Title: Leveraging Genome-Scale CRISPR Screens to Uncover Therapeutic Targets in Cancer Immunotherapy

Description: Dr. Steinhart is focused on the development and application of CRISPR technologies to uncover gene function and discover new therapeutic strategies in cancer immunotherapy. His work has advanced the discovery of tumor vulnerabilities and decoded gene networks governing human T cell function. In this talk, Dr. Steinhart will highlight how large-scale CRISPR activation and interference screens can systematically decode antitumor gene functions in primary human T cells.
