University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

From our instructor: "Prolonged sitting and stagnation can cause tightness of muscles, weakness in the core, and chronic pain. The exercises offered in these sessions help to relieve this tension, boost your energy, and leave participants feeling grounded and calm. Limitations to yoga classes in the office include: 1) having space and 2) changing clothes. Your host has adapted a style of yoga practice that allows participants to stay in their normal clothes and still get the effects of a regular yoga class, all from the comfort of an office chair. No prior experience is necessary." This presentation is part of UCSF Staff Resource Days: https://tiny.ucsf.edu/SRD. UCSF welcomes everyone, including people with disabilities, to our events. To request a reasonable accommodation for events please contact andrea.graeser@ucsf.edu as soon as possible. UCSF endeavors to create greater understanding and supports the exchange of diverse ideas.
