Learning Objectives: 
Describe current epidemiologic trends and disparities in cervical cancer incidence, stage at diagnosis, and mortality in the United States and globally.
Summarize contemporary management strategies for early- and advanced-stage cervical cancer, including evolving surgical approaches, the role of immunotherapy, and the importance of brachytherapy.
Identify key barriers and evidence-based strategies to improve HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening uptake, particularly in underserved populations.
