This seminar will provide tips and strategies for making nutrition decisions not only based on what is healthy and cancer preventing for your body but also good for our environment. We'll discuss organic vs conventionally grown; how to pick sustainable and healthy seafood; genetically modified food; water, cookware and more. You will leave with tips to help you shop, select and prepare healthful food options.
