Hear about foods that are rich in nutrients important for bone health, how to minimize the “bone robbers” in your diet, and clarify the confusion around calcium supplements. We will also discuss information on an exercise plan to maximize bone health and reduce your risk of osteoporosis.
This event is open to both UCSF and non-UCSF prostate cancer patients and caregivers. There is no fee, but pre-registration is required, either online or by calling 415-885-3693, as seating is limited.
