Developing a Precision Medicine Model of Sleep Disorders Management at UCSF

Objectives:

- Understand the current standard treatment for common sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia and circadian rhythms disorders

- Appreciate the research carried out by UCSF sleep researchers that have the potential to improve our capacity to personalize treatment of these disorders  

- Understand how we plan to develop a precision medicine model of sleep disorders management at UCSF.
