The Introduction to Mindfulness for Chronic Pain Program is a systematic training in mindfulness meditation and the integration of mindfulness into everyday life. Program participants learn to identify and use internal resources that help them navigate difficult or painful situations with greater clarity, balance, and peace of mind.

Duration: Five weekly sessions of 2.0 hours. The program consists of ten hours of direct instruction. This class also includes a 30-minute private interview with the instructor. 

Class Dates: Thursday evenings, January 25 – February 22, 5:00-7:00 pm.
