This 8-week course introduces mindfulness practices in the form of sitting meditation, body awareness, and mindful movement. This program can be beneficial for those experiencing the negative impacts of stress, for those experiencing chronic physical or emotional distress, or for anyone interested in learning ways to maintain health and well-being. Attendees must be within income requirements, fill out a Community Care Fund application, and register for the class online.
