Objectives

• Identify the challenges surrounding the aging physician workforce
• Compare the advantages and disadvantages of different ways in which healthcare systems can address the challenge of cognitively impaired physicians.
• Summarize strategies for developing an occupational living well (advance directives for one’s professional life)
