At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Discuss alternative uses of healthcare simulation in the quality improvement practices of researchers and organizations.
Explain the methodology associated with Institutional Ethnography, including the primary focus on how people work and the drivers that regulate that work.
Critically appraise whether a quality improvement and/or education project involving simulation has used comprehensive methods to comprehensively characterize the âcurrent stateâ.
