This workshop for parents with cancer will explore:
• The importance of communication with children about cancer;
• What children need and understand at different ages; and
• Age-appropriate communication techniques.
You will have the opportunity to increase your confidence in having difficult conversations with your children, receive resources, and connect with others going through a similar process.
This program is presented by Julie Frank and Lacy Fetting, Clinical Social Workers and Laura Ronay, Child Life Specialist
