The LCA-Genome Core presents a seminar:

EXPLORING THE BOUNDLESS FRONTIER: LEVERAGING XENIUM FOR CRITICAL INSIGHTS INTO COMPLEX & ARCHIVED SAMPLES

This exclusive in-person event will explore the boundless sample accessibility using Xenium, the all-new high-performing subcellular spatial profiler now available within the HDFCCC Laboratory for Cell Analysis Core.

The Xenium platform reveals new insights into cellular structure and function by performing high-throughput mapping of 100s of RNA targets in their true tissue context. The platform includes a versatile and easy-to-use instrument, sensitive and specific chemistry, a diverse menu of customizable panels, and powerful visualization software.

Symposium attendees will:

  • Learn how to overcome spatial profiling challenges with complex & archived tissues
  • See how the Xenium Explorer desktop software enables interactive data exploration
  • Food & drinks will be provided
  • Technical specialists will be available for consultations Monday, Jan 22, 2024, 12:30 - 3:00 pm

Speaker:

  • Eliot Smith, PhD, Spatial Science and Technology Advisor 10X Genomics
